The location was amazing. it was a simple walk to many spots (even with the city's terrain!). i had a beautiful room facing the chapel. It was so nice. breakfast was excellent with many choices (i especially liked the pastries!). the staff was very helpful before and . restaurant recommendations were spot on.
The spa's pool felt more like a plunge pool. I felt it could benefit from jacuzzi jets. it's a minor thing (but i noticed it).

Central Location, Amazing Staff

The staff helped locate a doctor quickly during a medical issue. Our waiter at breakfast, possibly a manager, was nice throughout our stay. On my wife's birthday, he surprised us with a small cake with a candle and sang happy birthday. It made a lasting impression. The location was CENTRAL, close to everything.
